Reception is open 24 hours a day.

Sunday and Public Holidays: reception open from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Any room occupied after 10.30 a.m. will be due.

In case of arrival outside opening hours, please contact the hotel to retrieve your access code.

In case of damage or smell of cigarettes found in the room, a supplement of 99 euros will be charged. We reserve the right to take a bank guarantee and a photocopy of your identity document upon your arrival.
